Our Story

Radnav Solutions was founded as a radiologic technologist staffing agency, built to address persistent workforce shortages affecting medical imaging providers. The company was established by Jorge Ramirez, an ARRT-certified radiologic technologist with extensive hands-on experience across multiple MRI systems and vendors, who recognized the operational strain, burnout, and instability caused by traditional staffing models. Rather than accept these challenges as unavoidable, he set out to create a more effective and sustainable solution. As the company grew, Radnav Solutions evolved beyond staffing into a technology-driven service model focused on improving how imaging services are delivered, combining clinical expertise with innovative remote scanning capabilities to help facilities maintain consistent, reliable operations.

Our vision is to reshape the delivery of medical imaging services through more disciplined operations that sustain long term commercial viability without compromising integrity, while expanding reliable access to services in rural and underserved communities.
